Bill of Material / Take-Off package:
We will provide you only with material take-off including quantity and type of specified equipment & material. Which you can use to establish total cost based on your own developed labour rate and discount you avail from suppliers.
Trade Package:
In this package we will provide you separate material take-off and labour hours for work to be performed for a specific trade. We will provide estimate in trade format so you can compare/ cross check your sub trades pricing and; will also have opportunity to negotiate with them. Under this services you can attain more profitability on the project, remember you can win a job but important is to make profit.
Design Build Package:
If you are bidding a design build job and do not have engineering drawings prepared. We can help you with design development as we have alliance with design firms. We will provide you a complete package including design documentations, plans and construction cost.
Complete Package:
If you don’t have estimating department, no worries. We will work from scratch; all you have to do just provide information on project you want to bid. We will get plans printed, review specification, notes, send out for quoted material, subcontractor pricing, prepare the bid in your name
and; help you negotiate & win the tender.
Value Engineering Package:
Most often it happens that you are the lowest bidder but still does not meet owner’s budget so we can provide you our value engineering services, to reduce the construction cost while keeping the tender scope same. We would suggest alternative design, and or material options to mitigate cost overruns so you can avail the contract.
Change Order Package:
We can assist you with change order estimates, where you want to price every single item in details. We use our estimating software to provide you a detailed breakdown so nothing is overlooked and you will be assured to get paid for everything you will provide to your client.
